Country Ranch Pork Steaks withRed Pepper Sauce
1 pkg Country Ranch The Family Ranch, unprepared
4 Pork Steaks (or any cut of pork)
1 cup Chopped Onion
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 cup Roasted Red Peppers (rinsed)
3/4 cup Sour Cream
Saute onion in olive oil until soft and lightly browned. Stir in roasted red peppers & heat through. Remove skillet from heat; stir in sour cream and unprepared Country Ranch seasoning package. Transfer mixture to food processor and puree until smooth. Fry, broil or grill pork steaks until done. Serve warm red pepper sauce on pork steaks.
You can also use 2 pork tenderloins, cooked (about 1 lb each) and serve warm red pepper sauce over the sliced pork tenderloin.
