1 pkg Country Ranch The Family Ranch, unprepared
2 pkg (8 oz) Cream Cheese (regular, reduced fat or fat free)
2 Tbsp Milk
2 Handfuls finely shredded cheese, any variety
Finely chopped nuts & chives for outside of ball

Let cream cheese soften, about 30 minutes.

Mix all ingredients, except cheese; mix well. Add cheese and mix well again. Pat mixture into ball and roll ball in nuts and chives to coat the outside.

Chill until ready to serve.
