1 pkg Country Ranch The Family Ranch, unprepared
2 cup Cottage Cheese
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp Wasabi powder or paste
(If using Wasabi powder,make into a paste first and then use 1 tsp of the paste.)

In a blender, combine unprepared seasoning mix package with all ingredients; blend until mixed well.

Serving suggestion: one English cucumber, scored, cut into ½ inch slices; remove a small amount of flesh with a spoon, not reaching the bottom to make a small cucumber bowl.

Put a dollop of pepared Wasabi Ranch Dressing into the prepared cucumber slices and top with smoked salmon. Makes a great appetizer!
