Country Ranch Sauted Ranch Mushrooms

1 pkg Country Ranch The Family Ranch, unprepared
1 lb Mushrooms (shitake, portabello, button,etc.)
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup Water
1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

Place mushrooms in a gallon food storage bag. Whisk together oil, water, vinegar and unprepared Country Ranch seasoning package until dissolved. Pour over mushrooms; seal bag, shake and marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes, turning occasionally.

Place mushrooms in frying pan and saute on medium heat for about 20 minutes or until tender.

Serving suggestion: use ½ lb mushrooms and 2-3 zucchini, scored and sliced ½ inch thick.

During the last two minutes of cooling time, add 1-2 cups of baby spinach and let wilt remaining time.

Any desired vegetables can be used with this recipe. Adjust cooking time accordingly.
