Country Ranch Turkey Salad Bread Bowls
1/2 cup Country Ranch The Family Ranch, prepared
3/4 lb Thick Sliced Turkey
2/3 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup Chopped Green Onion
1/4 cup Finely Chopped Sweet Gherkins (or dill pickles)
4 Kaiser Rolls (4-inch diameter)
Finely dice turkey to make about 2 1/3 cups; combine with cheese, prepared Country Ranch dressing, onions and pickles in a bowl. Cut a thin slice off of the top of each roll. Scoop out center to within 1/4 inch from edges, forming a bowl. Stuff turkey salad gently into the bread bowls.
For a different effect, use tomatoes instead of bread bowls; or use ham and swiss in place of the turkey and cheddar.
